Turner Machine Development LLC is an industrial automation integrator in Seneca Falls and Seneca Castle,NY. TMD scopes, designs, fabricates, wires, programs and commissions automation for manufacturers across Upstate New York — one shop, from the first cycle-time study through to the as-built drawings.
The company was founded in February 2022 as an automation integrator. The hands-on work behind it goes back further: control panels designed and built since 2013, robots, PLCs and HMIs programmed since 2016.

01 — What TMD is
An integrator with a fabrication shop
Most automation projects are handed between an integrator who designs and a fabricator who builds, and the gap between them is where schedule and accountability go. TMD does both, which is the whole argument for the way this shop is set up.
It started as an automation integrator in 2022 and has been pulling the build side in ever since — machine shop and metal fabrication capacity is still being added, on purpose, because the work that decides a cell (tooling, fixtures, the machine itself) is the work you least want to wait on someone else for.

There are 5 people here, and growing — and that is the point rather than a caveat. A shop this size is why the same people who studied your part are the ones who wire the panel, write the code and stand at the runoff. The practical version: there is one number to call when the cell needs tuning two years from now, and the person who answers it has seen the inside of the panel.

Four credentials, each verifiable at the source. The one that matters most to a controls engineer is the first.
FANUC Authorized System Integrator
FANUC's ASI program authorizes integrators to specify, build and program FANUC robots. TMD is certified in HandlingPro and PalletPro— the offline programming and palletizing packages — which is the specific answer to "have they done this before" on a palletizing job. For a plant already running FANUC, this is the difference between a cell your maintenance team can support and one they cannot, which is why it sits in the hero of this site and not only in a badge strip.

US Federal Contractor Registration verifies that TMD’s federal contracting registration is reviewed, error-free and actively managed — SAM.gov records kept current and compliant so a government buyer, prime contractor or municipal plant can award work to TMD without the registration itself becoming the holdup.
